Shipping

SHIPPING IN THE USA: 

Standard shipping is generally 2-9 business days via Parcel Post.  First Class Mail and Priority Mail are generally 2-5 business days. All orders will have delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.
If you are a local customer and prefer to pick the order up at our local store, you must contact us prior to pick up. 

All domestic orders will leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment, excluding holidays and weekends.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
We ship USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International.
All international orders will leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment, excluding holidays and weekends, and can take two to four weeks for delivery.  This excludes Canada, which generally receives our packages within 6 - 14 business days.  Each country will differ in the amount of time it takes for a package to arrive.  Check with your local customs department for more information.
International shipping costs DO NOT include duty taxes.  You will be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of package based on your countries rates.

Payment

If you choose to pay via Paypal, we have the right to decline payments with unconfirmed addresses in certain situations.  You will be notified if this should occur.
You will receive an email with payment instructions.  We ONLY accept PayPal at this time but will be accepting major credit cards very soon.   
Payments MUST be made immediately.
California residents: Please add 9.00% sales tax.
Return Policy

Because of our extremely LOW prices, we cannot offer refunds.  We are very careful checking all our product, making sure they are in good condition.  If an item is not in new condition, we will specify in the listing. We also package our product very well to handle shipping.  Items may arrive with minor warehouse markings that will come out when washed.

        Warranty

               ALL our Flat panel TV's, blu-rays, and large appliances come with a 30 day repair/replace warranty.             We also offer a one year extended warranty for customers to purchase.

About our Products

The Firefly Trading Company sells shelf-pulls from major department stores, new merchandise, wholesale lots, customer returns and general overstock. 
The Definitions
Shelf-Pulls: Previously available for sale in major department store and/or retail chains throughout the country but were never sold. The items usually have multiple stickers and tags representing numerous mark downs and have been handled by customers rather regularly. On occasion, these shelf pull items may have surface dirt, loose seams, etc due to the excessive handling while they were for sale in the retail environment. However, these are not major flaws and our prices represent what the item is and returns will generally be frowned upon. If the item has major flaws, it will be stated in the auction.
New Merchandise: Items that are considered new or ‘NIB’ (New in box) are items never previously offered for sale. 
Wholesale Lots: On occasion we may have a surplus of items that we have not been able to sell or are easier to sell as a bundle. In that case we’ll bunch numerous items together as a wholesale lot and sell them to you. 
Customer Returns: These items were once purchased by a consumer and ultimately returned for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: Defect, dis-satisfaction, change of mind, open box, etc. In most cases, customer returns are slightly used without tags and the condition of the item will be specified in the auction details. Most customer returns are in good condition and some are salvage All of the details will be disclosed. 
General Overstock: This category is similar to shelf pulls, items that were going to be made available for sale but never made it out of the stores back storage room. In other-words, never handled by the customer and more often than not, considered new w/tags.
